I've just completed phase one of my second round of P90X and I definitely need to kick it up a notch for this next phase! I slacked on my diet, not eating enough calories and having a few too many cheat meals...This definitely hindered my results so I'm bound and determined to kick some butt these last 9 weeks :) I'm cutting my cheat meals down to one per week and cutting alcohol as well. I'm also focusing on getting the majority of my protein from beans and tofu and eating minimal animal products. This also means no more dairy for me! (Thank you "Forks over Knives"...AMAZING documentary by the way).
Well here it goes! Phase 2 is off to a motivating start!
